To request refund for a reservation, you need to go to menu "Packages and Reservation" and select "Refund". The first step is to enter you mobile number that was used during the reservation and reservation number or the one of the IDs used in the reservation. Next you will be presented with details of your reservation. Next you need to click on "Refund" button. After this step you will need to enter the I BAN number that you want to get the refund into.

Next you will be presented with details of your reservation. Next you need to click on "Cancel" button. After this step you will get confirmation of the cancellation and a confirmation SMS.
​To make reservation for local haj package, you need to go to menu "Packages and Reservation" and select "Reservation Request". The first step is to enter the number of male and female and select your city. Once you do that, you will be presented with a list of available packages. From this page you can sort and refine your search to arrive at the desired package. Next click on "Book" button where you will be presented with a form that you need to complete, once finished accept the terms and conditions. After this step, you will get the reservation code and an SMS of confirmation.
